I have booked the room for 7 nights with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the room was usually clean up. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and always made us feel good. Rooms are spacious plus the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Super hotel, every thing is very near. Staff members are tremendous friendly and well prepared and speak wonderful English. You will find activities every evening and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s very insignificant. Excellent quality for the price!

Assuming that you are visiting Vila Franca Do Campo (S. Miguel – Azores) you should book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.
